Classic Delicious Banana Bread
Ingredients
Banana 3pcs
Cake flour 200g
Eggs 1pc
Milk 1/2glass
Raw cane sugar 100g
Unsalted butter 100g
Lemon 1/2pc
Baking powder 4g
Cinnamon powder 1/2tsp
Instructions
1. Cut a banana in half and wet it with lemon juice
2. Mix the dry ingredients : flour, sugar, baking powder
3. Cut a banana into small slices. Mix the liquid ingredients : the mashed banana with the cold melted butter, egg and milk
4. Combine the ingredients together, add the cinnamon powder and mix
5. Pour the mixture into the mould
6. Cut the remaining banana in half and Place it on the mixture in the mould
7. Bake for 45mins at 170°C
* Tips : Check the baking with the toothpick. The toothpick comes out clean when the cake is perfectly done
