Delicious Cherry Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
120 g of 00 flour
260 g of dark chocolate
260 g of pitted cherries
3 medium eggs
130 g of granulated sugar
130 g of butter
3 g of vanillin
10 g of baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Instructions
1. In a bowl, melt the butter with the chocolate in a bain-marie.
2. Beat the eggs with the sugar, salt, and vanillin.
3. Add the chocolate to the mixture and add the sifted flour with the baking powder.
4. Lightly grease the mould and sprinkle it with flour.
5. Pour the dough into the pan (26 cm diameter) and bake in a static oven at 180 ° C for about 45 minutes.
7. Remove from the oven and test the toothpick, if it is dry the cake is perfectly baked. Leave to cool for 20 minutes.
* The special leakproof base prevents unpleasant leaks of the dough, which could dirty the oven.
